HardCORE Mother- Postpartum Moms- Pelvic Floor Focus

An event every week that begins at 9:45 am on Wednesday, repeating until February 26, 2020
This is a class designed for postpartum moms who want to learn how to safely return to exercise after baby. Emphasis is on retraining the abdominals, improving pelvic floor function and teaching awareness of movement to prevent injury. This class is safe for moms with diastasis recti and is highly recommended to jump start healing. Class is taught by Physical Therapist, Dr. Cristina Morales.
