Make Tuesday your tune in day! Practice Mindfulness meditation to release physical and emotional stress as you also learn to manage your day to day stressors more calmly and effectively. No experience is necessary as a short introduction will be provided, individual instruction is also available by appointment. Regular meditation practitioners will find new information and be able to deepen their own practice as they meditate with the group!
